Our Grand Ballroom is perfect for hosting a large corporate, charity or social event and holds up to 275 seated or 350 standing guests. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology for presentations, the only thing distracting your guests’ attention will be the breathtaking golf course view.
In addition to the Grand Ballroom, the Club offers more intimate private rooms for smaller affairs. Our 2 boardroom style conference rooms are ideal for small business meetings or executive sessions. The versatile Tall Trees Room, with adjoining private patio, holds approximately 60 guests seated for a meal and up to 75 guests in theater seating for a presentation or a cocktail reception.
Palo Alto Hills Golf & Country Club is also open for private golf tournaments on specific Mondays from early spring through fall. Our skilled staff can assist you with every detail of planning your tournament and provide your guests with a private club and golf experience they will truly appreciate. Custom packages include – custom logo merchandise, food & beverage packages, cocktail receptions, tournament scoring, score cards and use of all practice facilities.
